Tricolor Cloudy Cowhide will have brown, black, and white colors (this is a man-made color combination on a natural cowhide, the tannery takes a black & white cowhide and bleaches the black to obtain a mix of brown/black/white). Most do contain longer hair than other colors. ***Dyed hides reflect size comparison only. *** Our classification of sizing ie: medium, large, XL, 5X is based on actual area not flat dimensions. Example: 5x7 cowhide rug could potentially be classed as a medium or a large depending upon the actual area the cowhide covers (a skinnier hide could fall under the medium sizing whereas a cowhide with wider belly could be a large in this instance).
